The last weekend of the course Drawing in Nature was dedicated to ways of capturing the atmosphere of a place. We looked at how one can obtain a strong sense of space by differentiating fore-, middle- and background technically.

When drawing a landscape you have to make choices and tell a story about what you see. Some things are emphasized, others are excluded or toned down.
